This Privacy Policy explains how FB COMPANY LLC (“FB COMPANY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you download, access, or use Cove & Cosmos (the “Game”). It also explains the privacy choices and rights that may be available to you.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Cove & Cosmos. Third-party services used by the Game, including Apple and Google, may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
2. Information We Handle
2.1 Information stored locally on your device
The Game may store information locally to operate and remember your progress, including:
- level progress, scores, stars, unlocked content, and gameplay results;
- virtual currency, lives, boosters, rewards, and inventory;
- sound, music, privacy, and other Game settings;
- daily reward and advertising-reward counters;
- purchase entitlement and transaction markers used to restore eligible purchases and help prevent duplicate fulfillment; and
- basic technical state required to load and operate the Game.
The Game does not currently provide an FB COMPANY account system. Most gameplay information is stored locally on your device. Deleting the Game may remove locally stored progress and settings that cannot be restored through Apple.
2.2 Information you provide to us
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, name, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, protect the Game and our users, and comply with legal obligations.
2.3 Advertising and consent information
The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements. The Game also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy choices where required.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s services, this information may include:
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- device identifiers, including advertising or app-scoped identifiers when available;
- device type, operating system, Game version, language, and general technical information;
- advertisements displayed and interactions with advertisements;
- Game and advertising interaction information;
- performance information such as launch time or responsiveness; and
- diagnostics such as crash logs and technical error information.
FB COMPANY may receive aggregated advertising, performance, and revenue reports from Google. We do not provide your name or email address to advertisers through the Game.
Where required by applicable law, the Game requests consent before certain advertising-related processing occurs. You can review available choices through the Privacy Choices option in the Game when available, and through privacy controls on your Apple device.
Purchasing the Remove Ads product removes banner and non-rewarded interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.

2.4 In-app purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. FB COMPANY does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Apple may process payment information, purchase history, transaction identifiers, receipts, storefront information, and related data under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. The Game may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipts or validation results, purchase status, and entitlement information as necessary to complete purchases, deliver virtual items, restore eligible purchases, and prevent duplicate fulfillment.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect Directly
The current version of the Game does not provide user accounts, chat, social posting, or user-generated content uploads. It does not request direct access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, precise GPS location, health data, or Bluetooth devices.
Google may estimate a general location from your IP address as described above. Apple and Google may also process information independently through their operating systems, stores, payment services, or advertising services.
4. How Information Is Used
We and our service providers may use information to:
- provide, maintain, and operate the Game;
- save gameplay progress and settings on your device;
- process purchases and restore eligible entitlements;
- provide non-personalized and optional rewarded advertisements;
- record advertising consent and privacy choices;
- measure Game and advertising performance;
- diagnose crashes, errors, and technical problems;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and duplicate purchase fulfillment;
- respond to support requests; and
- comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information may be processed based on contract, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligation. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
6. How Information Is Shared
Information may be disclosed:
- to service providers, including Google for advertising and consent management and Apple for distribution, payments, and purchase-related services;
- when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or safety purposes;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law; or
- when you direct or consent to the disclosure.
We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to provide protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising-related processing may nevertheless be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where required, applicable choices are provided through Google UMP or other available privacy controls.
7. Data Retention
- Local gameplay data generally remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, or removed when you delete the Game, subject to Apple backup behavior.
- Apple retains purchase and transaction information according to its policies and legal obligations.
- Google retains advertising and consent-related information according to its policies, settings, and applicable law.
- We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
FB COMPANY, Apple, Google, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Cove & Cosmos is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or certain advertising-related disclosures.
Because the Game does not currently maintain FB COMPANY user accounts and most gameplay information is stored only on your device, we may not be able to identify or retrieve local gameplay information. You can generally remove local gameplay information by deleting the Game, subject to Apple backup and purchase-record behavior.

12. Third-Party Services
The Game may use or link to third-party services. FB COMPANY does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent privacy practices. Please review the applicable third-party privacy policies for more information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, legal requirements, or our practices. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
